国家会展中心上海洲际酒店“四叶草啤酒节”于5月20日在上海再度盛大启幕。本届活动从5月20日持续至5月23日，在延续纯正德式传统的基础上全面升级，为宾客打造一场更自由、更沉浸、更具互动感的巴伐利亚文化体验。

The highly anticipated MAYFEST INTERCONTINENTAL 2026, hosted by InterContinental Shanghai Hongqiao NECC, grandly returns to Shanghai. Running from May 20 to May 23, this year’s event builds on authentic German traditions with exciting new upgrades, offering guests a freer, more immersive, and more interactive Bavarian cultural experience.

现场依旧设有标志性的蓝白条纹传统帐篷，营造浓郁节日氛围。今年最大亮点之一是德国保拉纳鲜啤畅饮，让宾客尽享纯正麦香与节日畅快。活动现场装置焕然一新：入口处特别设计主题帐篷门头，成为热门打卡点；啤酒杯形状的大型气模格外引人注目，木质秋千则为现场增添了一份自然与怀旧气息，二者相映成趣，吸引众多来宾驻足拍照、互动体验。

A classic blue-and-white striped festival tent once again sets the vibrant atmosphere. One of this year’s biggest highlights is the all-you-can-enjoy Paulaner fresh draft beer from Germany, allowing guests to savor authentic malt flavors in true festival spirit. The venue debuts brand-new installations: a specially designed thematic tent gateway at the entrance has quickly become a favorite photo spot, while a large beer-mug-shaped inflatable draws significant attention and a wooden swing adds a touch of natural nostalgia. Together, they create a delightful contrast, attracting guests to take photos and engage in the festive fun.

This year, a German host leads the entire event with authentic local flair, making the festival atmosphere even more genuine. 美食亦是本届啤酒节不容错过的核心亮点。此次特别打造丰盛德式自助晚餐，汇聚经典德式风味：什锦芝士与冷切肉盘、德式刁草黄瓜色拉、扭结碱水面包；热菜呈现猪肘子配土豆泥、德式煎肠配酸菜、牛肉卷配紫椰菜等传统美味；甜品则有苹果卷配香草汁。现场档口（Live Station）提供现切慕尼黑白肠、维也纳肠及旋转炉烤鸡，香气四溢，为宾客带来地道的舌尖体验。

Food is another centerpiece of this year’s MAYFEST. A sumptuous German dinner buffet brings together classic flavors: assorted cheese and cold cuts, German dill cucumber salad, pretzels; hot dishes include pork knuckle with mashed potatoes, German fried sausage with sauerkraut, and beef rouladen with red cabbage; desserts feature apple strudel with vanilla sauce. The Live Station offers freshly sliced Munich white sausage, Vienna sausage, and rotisserie chicken – an authentic taste of Bavaria.
